Privacy Policy

Last updated: 6 June 2026

This policy explains what personal information we collect when you request a quote, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have.

What information we collect

When you complete our quote form, we collect:

We also automatically collect limited technical information when you visit the site, such as your device type, browser and how you interact with the page. This is used to measure and improve our advertising (see “Cookies and tracking” below).

How we use your information, and our lawful basis

We use your details for one core purpose: to match you with a single local driveway specialist who can contact you to arrange a free, no-obligation quote.

Our lawful basis for this is your consent, which you give when you submit the form. We also rely on our legitimate interests to operate, secure and improve our service and to prevent fraud or misuse. You can withdraw your consent at any time (see “Your rights”).

Who we share your information with

We pass your enquiry to one vetted driveway specialist who covers your area, so they can contact you about your quote. We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to multiple companies or marketing lists.

Once your details are shared, that specialist becomes responsible for how they handle your information and will have their own privacy practices. We may also share information with service providers who help us run the site (for example our hosting and lead-delivery tools), and with authorities where we are legally required to.

Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel, to understand how our ads perform and to show relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram. These technologies may set cookies on your device. Where required, we will ask for your consent before non-essential tracking is enabled, and you can manage cookies through your browser settings at any time.

How long we keep your information

We keep your enquiry details for 12 months, after which they are securely deleted, unless we are required to keep them longer for legal or accounting reasons.

How we protect your information

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to keep your information secure, including limiting who can access it and transferring it securely to your matched specialist.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@drivura.co.uk.

Complaints

If you have a concern about how we handle your information, please contact us first at info@drivura.co.uk so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk or by calling their helpline.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “last updated” date.
